B. Braun India recognized among the 2025 Best Companies for Women in India

We are pleased to share that B. Braun India has been recognized as one of the ‘2025 Best Companies for Women in India’ and in the ‘2025 Avtar & Seramount Best Companies for Women in India: Health Care’ category.

This recognition comes from the prestigious Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) study — one of the most comprehensive workplace benchmarking studies on gender inclusion in India, conducted by Avtar and Seramount. This year’s survey saw participation from 365 companies across diverse industries, making this recognition even more noteworthy.

The assessment covered multiple parameters, including workforce profile, recruitment and advancement practices, employee retention, safety and security standards, flexible work policies, parental benefits, and overall work–life programs and culture.

This achievement reflects the inclusive culture and collective efforts of the B. Braun India team in fostering a workplace where every colleague feels valued, respected, and empowered.

About 2025 Avtar & Seramount Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI)

2025 BCWI was launched in February 2025. The application had over 300 questions spanning seven different segments. The companies were evaluated based on their application data. This year, we had 365 companies applying to participate, of which companies from industries as diverse as IT, BFSI, Global Capabilities Centres, Manufacturing, ITES, Professional Services, Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Management Consulting, Science & Engineering, Telecommunications, E-Commerce, Chemical (including Petro), Healthcare, Automotive, Media, Real Estate, Retail and Apparel, Transportation Services/Logistics, Revenue Cycle Management and Hospitality made it to the Best Companies list.
