Once the full truck order is dispatched, the customers will receive a SMS with a link to track their orders. The tracking will give details of the vehicle number, source and destination information, start and end time, distance travelled and will also track the halts taken by the full truck. The tracking can be done through web and smartphones.
Our internal supply chain team will also have live visibility for the full truck delivery, push notifications for alerts, live dashboard comprising of live ETA calculation, historic trips & auto trip closure.
