Dream Companies to Work for is an award category which is presented during the World HRD Congress every year. It is a global platform which brings over 2000+ HR leaders from various industry segments & other geographical regions. The methodology of participation in the award is to share information on our company initiatives executed in the year and pass it to the organizing team. All entries are evaluated by an esteemed jury who then call all companies for a presentation and ask further questions related to the organizational practices. Owing to the social distancing measures adopted now, this year we had a digital discussion with the jury on 10th February, 2021.

This award is an appreciation for all B. Braun India employees for their continuous contributions in this dynamic working environment last year. It is their efforts which have always ensured glories to the company.
